High Point is an 1,800 acre mixed-use master-planned community.  It will have 1,600 single-family homes, 1,400 multi-family residences, and 10 million square feet of business development and retail space, with 30,000 jobs.  It will have 200 acres of parks and open space.  It is bordered by Tower Road to the west, Pena Blvd to the north, E-470 to the east, and 64th Ave. to the south.
