On the south side of Colfax, between Helena St and Idalia Ct, behind the liquor store, sits 3 (or 4) parcels of undeveloped/underutilized land.

There is a row of mobile homes, which spans 2 of these parcels. These parcels are all owned by Grebb East 2 LLC.  These parcels were collectively purchased on 2000 for $475,000 by Gerald Grebb, and then transferred to Grebb East 2 LLC.

Parcel 1, which I have labeled 15500-2, is  0.286 ac.  Parcel 2, which is the south-western part of 15566, is 0.417 ac.  Parcel 3, which is the main part of 15566, and may include the used auto dealer, is 2.6 acres.  Parcel 4, which is labeled 15612, is 1.49 acres.  The lot lines are a little confusing and may require a surveyor to figure out.

Collectively, these are appraised at about $850,000.

The owner appears to have no idea of what to do with the land, other than to sit on it indefinitely.

This could be commercial development or another apartment complex.
