Northwest corner of Sable and Colfax

Behind the Exxon station and the aforementioned KFC on the northwest corner of Sable and Colfax is a vacant lot, known to Adams County as 14290 E Colfax (but that can't be right because the north side of the street should be an odd number), and to Google as 1543/1561/1563/1581 Sable Blvd.   It is 1.1 acres and has an assessed value of $74,000.  It is one of the properties that got skipped during the haphazard development of Aurora.  Again, it would be a good location for condos or other transit-oriented development.
