The Forum at Fitzsimons

On the southwest corner of Colfax and Potomac, (only about a mile west of the sites I have written about previously), is a new development called the Forum at Fitzsimons.  It will have 397 residential units and 28,000 of residential and retail space. It will be finished in 2017. Here is a drawing:
