Aurora, Colo. (May 20, 2015)—The Housing Authority of the City of Aurora has awarded Palace Construction a design-build contract to manage the design and construction of the Peoria Crossing project located in Aurora. Humphries Poli Architects will work with Palace Construction to create a vision and design for the new development, which is anticipated to have up to 220 apartment homes. The development is located at East 30th Avenue and Peoria Street in Aurora. The construction project is valued at $31 million, with a total investment of approximately $40 million in Aurora.
