The Lowry Range is a 40-square-mile property
east of Denver, Colorado. It is possibly
the nation’s largest single-site development
opportunity near a major metropolitan area.
It is closer to Denver International Airport, the
Denver Tech Center, and Fitzsimons than to downtown Denver.
The Colorado State Land Board owns and
manages this property, which contains 12 linear
miles of riparian corridors, rolling hills, and shortgrass
prairie.
