Sky Ranch is a master planned development of 931 acres of land near Powhaton Rd and I-70, about 4 miles south of DIA.  It is owned by Pure Cycle Corp.  It is likely to be developed in the next ten years because of its prime location near I-70, because it already has a water supply, and because its owner is publicly owned and is planning on revenues from its development.

The successful development of Sky Ranch will likely lead to the development of Lowry Range, because the water supply for Lowry Range is provided by Rangeview Metropolitan District, and Rangeview has a partnership with Pure Cycle.
